She has worked for various Fortune 100 companies including BASF, DuPont, Cargill, PepsiCo and across developing and emerging markets as a leader in Energy and Sustainability, Supply Chain Management and a champion for Operational Excellence.

Blessing has led parental inclusion programs and spoken at various organizations including NASA, Fortune Magazine, Google, Favor, Shinola, LinkedIn + more. She has been featured on multiple media including the Wall Street Journal, NY Times, Forbes, Crains Business, NBC, ABC and Fox media. She is available to speak on women empowerment, leadership, motherhood, work, and gender-equity related topics.
