Mindo Chocolate is a chocolate-making company owned by Barbara Ann Wilson and located in Dexter, MI. They are one of the very few companies worldwide that makes micro-batches of chocolate. Mindo begins by purchasing cocoa beans in Ecuador and roasting, stone-grinding, and making small batches of very high quality, pure, heirloom certified chocolate.
